Terms and Conditions
1.Scope of Services
Serenity Mobile Phlebotomy offers professional mobile allied health services , blood draw and specimen collection, urine ,hair nasal swabs(brushings) for individuals and businesses.
2.Payment Terms
Payment is due by the time of service or 7 days of invoice. Unless otherwise agreed. Accepted methods include credit card ,or bank Transfer. Late Payments may incur a fee.
3.Cancellation and Rescheduling
Clients must provide at least 24hrs notice to cancel or reschedule. Failure to do so may result in a $75 cancellation fee.
4.Return /Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the services, refunds are only provided if the services is canceled with at least 24 hours notice
(Phlebotomy Training Workshops)- No refunds on Registration Fee nor after class has been scheduled to begin) but concerns will be addresses on a case by case basis.
5.Liability Disclaimer
Serenity Mobile Phlebotomy is not liable for any adverse events, medical complications ,or outcomes arising from the services provided. Clients agree to use the services at their own risk and acknowledge that Serenity will take reasonable care but cannot guarantee results.
6. Privacy Policy
Client information is kept confidential and used solely for appointment and service purposes. we do not share personal data with third parties without consent.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of SC.
8.Accepatance
By using our services ,clients agree to these terms and conditions in full.

1.Appointment Scheduling
All appointments must be scheduled in advance through via email booking system or by phone. We will confirm the time and send reminders via email or text.
2.Communication
We will communicate all appointment details, reminders, and follow-up via contact information you provide. Please ensure your contact info is up-to-date.
3.Data Security
We protect all personal health and contact data using secure systems. We do not share or sell your information to third parties.
4.Health and Safety Compliance
our team adheres to strict infection control and safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment and proper disposal of medical waste.
